This support keeps our programs free and accessible across North Idaho, and it's opening doors to new kinds of work we've never done before.
Our biggest grant to date comes from Philanthropy Northwest's Thriving Communities program, which is funding the Living Lake Project — a first-of-its-kind initiative for us. It's our first grant funded through the EPA, and it's taking us beyond traditional arts programming into environmental stewardship, uniting artists, scientists, and community partners to protect our shared watershed and Coeur d'Alene Lake. This is new territory for our organization, and it's showing us what's possible when arts funding reaches beyond the arts sector — into public health, environmental protection, and community resilience. We're excited about where it can lead next.
Closer to home, our year-round programming is made possible by STCU, sponsor of our 2nd Friday ArtWalk, and the Idaho Commission on the Arts (Arts Idaho), which helps fund our program operations each year. Good2Give and ICCU help bring our summer concert series to life, along with a wonderful group of program sponsors listed on our Supporters page.
To everyone who's joined as a member, sponsored an event, or given to support our mission — thank you. You're the reason the arts stay free and thriving in Coeur d'Alene, and the reason we can keep growing into new opportunities like this one.
